Background: Non-hemorrhagic stroke often leads to physical mobility impairment in elderly patients, limiting their daily activities. Mirror Therapy is a non-pharmacological rehabilitation intervention that uses visual mirror feedback to stimulate motor function recovery. Objectives: The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of Mirror Therapy in elderly patients with post non-hemorrhagic stroke experiencing the nursing problem of impaired physical mobility at UPTD Puskesmas Rambung, Binjai City, in 2026. Methods: This descriptive case study design involved 3 elderly respondents (Mr. J, Mrs. R, and Mrs. E) diagnosed with non-hemorrhagic stroke. Data were collected through interviews, physical examinations, and documentation studies. Nursing care was provided over 3 days, covering assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Results: The results showed that all three respondents experienced impaired physical mobility with hemiparesis, decreased muscle strength, and limited range of motion (ROM). After 3 days of Mirror Therapy, all three clients showed gradual improvement in muscle strength, range of motion, and daily activity ability, although the problem had not been fully resolved. Conclusions: It was concluded that Mirror Therapy is effective as a non-pharmacological nursing intervention to improve physical mobility in elderly post non-hemorrhagic stroke patients and should be continued with family support.
