Background: Nutritional status is an important indicator of children's health and growth. Adequate nutrition during infancy and toddlerhood supports optimal physical growth, cognitive development, and overall well-being. Breastfeeding provides essential nutrients and immunological protection that contribute to maintaining good nutritional status. Objective: This study aimed to describe the nutritional status of toddlers based on breastfeeding duration in the working area of Wanadadi 1 Primary Health Center, Banjarnegara Regency, in 2025. Methods: A descriptive quantitative study was conducted using secondary data from the Electronic Community-Based Nutrition Recording and Reporting System (e-PPGBM). A total of 158 toddlers aged 6–24 months who met the inclusion criteria were selected through purposive sampling. The variables analyzed were breastfeeding duration and nutritional status. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented as frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations. Results: The mean age of respondents was 11.13 ± 3.465 months. Most respondents were male (53.2%), had normal birth weight (93.7%), and normal birth length (81.0%). The majority of toddlers received breastfeeding for six months (82.9%), while 76.6% had good nutritional status. Toddlers breastfed for six months showed a higher proportion of good nutritional status than those breastfed for less than six months. Conclusion: Most toddlers received breastfeeding for six months and had good nutritional status. Adequate breastfeeding duration may contribute to maintaining optimal nutritional status among toddlers.
