THE RELATIONSHIP OF FAMILY SUPPORT WITH ADVANCED IMMUNIZATION COMPLETENESS DPT-HB-Hib (PENTAVALENT) IN TODDLER IN LUMBAN HEALTH CENTER, JULU DISTRICT TOBA SAMOSIR NORTH SUMATRA YEAR 2023

Based on report UNICEF mention that 19.5 million child toddlers around the world yet
get service immunization complete . As a result , 2 -3 million death , and 30% death
consequence possible disease _ prevented with immunization . On average in ASIAN countries
89% received immunization . There are approximately 32,007 deaths per year including caused
by possible diseases _ prevented with immunizations , such as Diphtheria , Tetanus,
Tubercolosis , Polio, Measles and Pertussis (UNICEF, 2019 ). In 2014-2016, there were
1,716,659 children who did not get immunization and immunization No complete . Every year
more of 1.4 million children in the world die Because various actual disease _ can prevented
with immunization . So activities immunization expanded into a Development Program
Immunization (PPI) in frame prevention transmission to a number of Possible Diseases _
Prevented with Immunization (VPD), ie Tuberculosis , Diphtheria , Pertussis , Measles , Polio,
Tetanus, Hepatitis-B, and Pneumonia ( Riskesdas , 2018). Study This aim For For analyzing “
Relationships Support Family With Completeness Immunization Advanced Dpt -Hb-Hib
(Pentavalent) in Toddlers at Lumban Julu Community Health Center, Toba Samosir Regency,
North Sumatra in 2023 . Population in study This is all mother who has child the toddler did
visit Immunization Advanced 31 people received -Hb-Hib (Pentavalent) at the Lumban Julu
Community Health Center , Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra . taking sample using total
sampling. Instrument research used _ researcher in data collection is questionnaire.retrieval
sample using total sampling. Instrument research used _ researcher in data collection is
questionnaire . Results analysis statistics test chi square obtained p value : 0.044 < α: 0.05 so
that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely there is a relationship between family support
and the completeness of Dpt-Hb-Hib (Pentavalent) advanced immunization for toddlers at the
Lumban Julu Health Center, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra in 2023.
