High-risk pregnancy is a condition that can increase the occurrence of complications in both the mother and the fetus, thus requiring appropriate management and referral. Factors such as maternal age, parity, obstetric history, and health conditions during pregnancy contribute to the increased risk of pregnancy complications. Obiective: This studv aims to analvze nigh-risk factors in pregnant women referred o RSUD Sultan Iskandar Muda, Kuala Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency, Acer Province in 2025Methods: This study used a quantitative method with a case-control analvtic design The study population consisted of al pregnant women referred to RSUD Sultan Iskandar Muda, with a sample of 72 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from nedical records and analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level o 0.05 and Odds Ratio (OR) to determine the maanitude of risk
Results: The results showed that mos respondents were in the age group of <20 vears and >35 years (54.2%), primigravida and grandemultipara (55.6%), had a history o obstetric complications (55.6%), and had hemoalobin levels >11 a/di (73.6%). Bivariate analvsis showed a significant relation shir between maternal age and high-risk pregnancy (p=0.005; OR=4.600), parity p=0.009; OR=4.086), obstetric history (p=0.009), and hemoglobin levels (p=0.000; OR=3.118) with the occurrence of hiah-risk pregnancy in pregnant womenConclusion: Maternal age, parity, obstetric history, and hemoglobin levels are factors associated with high-risk pregnancy among women referred to RSUD Sultan Iskandar Muda, Kuala Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2025. Improving the quality of antenatal care (ANC) services and early detection of risk factors are essential to reduce maternal complications and mortality.
