Abstract

Fase lanjut usia ditandai dengan penurunan progresif fungsi fisiologis dan kognitif, meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap penyakit degeneratif seperti artritis gout (Yaslina dkk., 2021). Artritis gout adalah kondisi peradangan sendi yang disebabkan oleh akumulasi kristal monosodium urat, yang mengakibatkan nyeri hebat, pembengkakan, dan gangguan mobilitas sendi (Gulbudin dan Larasati, 2019). (PRI, 2020). Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perawatan keperawatan geriatri holistik berdasarkan model keunggulan layanan kepada Bapak A, seorang warga berusia 72 tahun dengan artritis gout kronis. Metode studi kasus deskriptif menggunakan proses keperawatan diterapkan, termasuk asesmen, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi (Ningrum dkk., 2023). Masalah keperawatan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah nyeri kronis, gangguan mobilitas fisik, dan gangguan pola tidur (Panti dkk., 2024). Intervensi yang dilakukan meliputi terapi farmakologis, kompres hangat, latihan rentang gerak, dan edukasi diet (Murwani dkk., 2022); (Madyaningrum dkk., 2020). Evaluasi menunjukkan penurunan nyeri, peningkatan mobilitas, dan kualitas tidur yang lebih baik (Rahmatica dkk., 2023). Penerapan kerangka kerja keunggulan layanan PACER menunjukkan hasil fisik dan psikologis yang positif (Purwanza dkk., 2023).
