THE CAB. THE NAME OF ACEH YEAR 2024 http://prosidingmhm.mitrahusada.ac.id/index.php/mihhico/article/view/369
Maternal and child health is one of the focuses of the SDGsi, which globallyi still face complexi situations. Government policies aimed at reducing maternal and child mortality rates are implemented through health care programs for mothers and children, which are expected to meet targets and reach all beneficiaries (equity)i with high quality (quality). The 2023 Maternal and Child Health Survey (SKI 2023) aims to provide an up-to-date overview of the current state of maternali and child health, particularly neonates, to support efforts to reduce maternal and child mortality rates through more appropriate and effective strategies. Previous research conducted by Dinda Nestelita, Antono Suryoputro, and Wulan Kusumastuti stated that there is a relationship between the limited understanding of health workers regarding SOPs, communication between health workers and the referral information system of community health centers (puskesmas) with referral recipients (hospitals), which is less than optimal, as the dominant factor in implementing an optimal referral system. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach and an observational design. Based on the above research, the data required is primary data obtained throughi ini-depthi interviewsi withi informantsi selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research wasi conductedi fromi Februaryi to Marchi 2024. Thei sample used in this study consisted of 8 health workers at the community health center and 1 pregnant woman in the Sultan Daulat sub-district. There are two criteria: inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The characteristics of the informants in the study show that almost all informants are female, with varying ages and positions ranging from 22 to 47 years old. The informants' educational backgrounds vary, with the majority holding a bachelor's degree, and the highest educational level being a nursing profession. Almost all informants work at the Beutong Health Center in Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, as health workers, except for the ambulance drivers. The informants are also patients who underwent pregnancy examinations at the Beutong Health Center in Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, and have undergone the referral process. Based on the above description, the researcher selected informants who met the predetermined criteria using purposive non-probability sampling.
Rita Mustika Ayu, Rosmani Sinaga, Intan Aulia Zahra, Nur Azizah, Tetti Seriati Situmorang, Ribur Sinaga Copyright (c) 2025 Mitra Husada Health Internasional Conference (MIHHICo) http://prosidingmhm.mitrahusada.ac.id/index.php/mihhico/article/view/369 Thu, 14 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF POSTPARTUM MOTHERS’ UNDERSTANDING OF BREAST CARE ON THE SUCCESS OF BREASTFEEDING AT FAHRINI AMIN CLINIC, BLANGPIDIE SUBDISTRICT, SOUTHWEST ACEH REGENCY, ACEH PROVINCE IN 2025 http://prosidingmhm.mitrahusada.ac.id/index.php/mihhico/article/view/371
Berdasarkan data WHO (World Health Organization), 17.230.142 ibu di dunia mengalami masalah payudara saat menyusui. Lack of self-awareness in the student group due to practical and economic reasons, health education using persuasive leaflets is very important to be carried out to increase awareness and change healthy living behavior.

Research objective: To determine the use of promotional media in the form of persuasive leaflets in increasing compliance with kidney health behavior in students.

Method: This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-post-test approach. The subjects of the study were 45 students at one of the health colleges in the city of Purwokerto. The intervention was in the form of providing persuasive leaflets designed with the principles of visual communication and simple language. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test to see changes before and after the intervention.

Research results: There was an increase in compliance with kidney health behavior in the student group where before the intervention there were 21 people to only 5 people after the intervention. The level of correlation based on the paired t-test statistical test obtained a value of 0.64 which means it has a moderate correlation coefficient. The p value = 0.000 <0.005 indicates that there is a significant difference before and after the intervention

Conclusion and suggestion: Persuasive leaflet promotion media can influence student behavior to maintain kidney health.
