THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE LEVEL AND ATTITUDE OF ADOLESCENTS TOWARDS THE BEHAVIOR OF THREE BASIC THREATS TO ADOLESCENT REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH (TRIAD KRR) IN BANGUN REJO VILLAGE, TANJUNG MORAWA DISTRICT IN 2025

Introduction : Teenagers is the growing period flower child transition from childhood into adulthood (Bawono, 2023) . According to WHO, the age teenagers aged 10-19 years However according to opinion other distribution teenager can until age 21 , namely teenager early 10-13 years , middle 14-17 and late 18-21 years . KRR is Reproductive Health Teenager that is all matters concerning tool reproduction teenager Good in terms of organs, processes, even function reproduction teenager in a way physical , social and psychological . The KRR Triad is 3 threats health reproduction that always felt teenager that is sexuality , HIV, drugs and sexuality . Objective : to analyze the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of the KRR Triad in Bangun Rejo Village in 2025. Method : This research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design . Population and Sample: all teenagers in Bangun Rejo village in 2025, namely 80 people. Sampling using the Slovin Formula, so the sample is 44 people, the sampling technique is accidental according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Place and time: Bangun Rejo Village Rejo, Tanjung Morawa District month February until May 2025. Results : Univariate : Majority age respondents be in range 14-17 years old as many as 19 people (43%). Reviewed from type sex majority Woman as many as 23 people (52%), the majority respondents knowledge not enough as many as 20 people (45%). Attitude respondents majority behave negative as many as 25 people ( 55 %), Respondents majority Behavior No preventing the KRR Triad from killing 20 people ( 45 %) Bivariate : Chi square test, namely the results analysis obtained with p -value = 0.000 ( p<0.05) then There is connection knowledge and attitudes teenager to Triad KRR behavior in Bangun Rejo Village in 2025. Conclusion There is a Relationship knowledge with attitude teenager in To KRR Triad Behavior in Village wake up rejo Subdistrict cape Morawa Suggestion : Need done education in increase knowledge and making attitude teenager the more positive to behavior KRR Triad prevention
